About the Circle

Science-informed heart coherence, sound and movement to feel gratitude in your body.

Gratitude isn’t just a thought. It’s a feeling we can cultivate in the body.

As Thanksgiving approaches, join me for an evening of heart-centred practice to slow down, soften and feel genuine gratitude from the inside out. Through breath, sound, song and gentle movement, we’ll use heart coherence techniques to bring the heart, breath and nervous system into harmony. Research from the HeartMath Institute and others suggests that feeling appreciation this way supports resilience, calm and overall well-being.

Come as you are. No experience is needed, and every practice is an invitation.
